Option 1 — Docker (easiest, requires NVIDIA GPU)

One command to pull and run. Includes all dependencies and model weights. Requires Docker + NVIDIA Container Toolkit.

Option 2 — Install from source (CPU or GPU)

Clone the repo and install with uv. Works on CPU (LAMA model) or GPU (both models). Requires Python 3.10+ and FFmpeg.
